On our website, we do not keep any credit card information. Our payment solution providers, PayPal – keep your credit card information safe.

All MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Citibank Maestro Debit Cards are accepted (an online real-time authorization is done through the Payment Gateway). If you have an Indian bank account, you can use our payment gateway’s net banking facility to transfer your payment directly to us.

By amending / modifying your shopping basket at any point during the shopping process, you can change your order. The order is deemed final and cannot be changed once you confirm payment for the products in your shopping basket.

Your order cannot be altered or cancelled once payment has been confirmed. For us to be able to confirm this cancellation, you must contact us via the Request for Cancellation button under My Account within 12 hours of placing your order.

All credits will be issued to the same credit/debit card that was used to make the initial purchase. We’ll credit your account and send you an email confirmation once we receive your returned item(s). Please give your credit/debit card statement, one billing cycle to reflect the credit.

Once we get the returned merchandise, we will refund your credit/debit card. For the replacements you want, you may contact us and select the product you like.
